Jessica Baine, MAVIM, Clinical Ayurvedic Health & Wellness Coach

Greetings!

As a Master's graduate in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine with hundreds of clinical hours, I’m passionate about guiding others toward optimal health through a holistic lens. With over a decade of experience as the director of a mental health rehabilitation program, and deep training in integrative health, I’ve come to understand a profound truth: true well-being is not the result of a single intervention. Rather, it’s cultivated through a collection of consistent, supportive dietary and lifestyle habits—habits that honor your unique mind-body constitution, known in Ayurveda as the doshas.

In addition to my formal education, I’m a certified Somatic Practitioner through the Focalizing Institute. Focalizing is a transformational healing modality that helps individuals release the barriers—be they rooted in trauma, stress, conditioned beliefs, or emotional blocks—that limit their ability to feel joy and vitality. Once these obstacles are resolved, Focalizing becomes a creative tool, allowing people to access deeper levels of embodied wisdom and make choices that are authentically aligned with their whole being.

My journey began with a degree in Social Work and Psychology. Early in my career, I worked in behavior modification, helping clients find purpose and meaning. Today, I integrate all of these modalities—Ayurveda, somatic practices, integrative health, and psychological insight—to support others in reclaiming their health, reconnecting with their bodies, and living in alignment with their truest selves.
