Mind-Body Discovery & Alignment Session

60 minutes
Discover your unique Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and how it influences your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll receive tailored Ayurvedic education on daily routines, food and lifestyle guidance, herbal recommendations, and self-care practices to support your healing journey.


Integration & Embodiment Session

45 minutes
A focused check-in to assess your progress, fine-tune your Ayurvedic plan, and explore somatic tools to regulate the nervous system and deepen embodiment. This is a space for reflection, recalibration, and sustainable integration.


What is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor?

An Ayurvedic Health Counselor is trained in the ancient science of Ayurveda—a holistic system of health that views the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected. Rooted in nature, this approach emphasizes prevention, balance, and addressing the root cause of imbalance through personalized care.

These practitioners offer support through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and daily routines that align with your unique constitution (dosha). By working in partnership with you, they empower lasting, self-directed healing.
